You’re in control with Magic Assistants! Below you will find our standard cleaning checklist when caring for a residence otherwise known as a maintenance cleaning. As each home is different and requires different needs based on your requests or desires, all checklist’s can be customized to meet your needs. Services are adjustable and additional services can be added or subtracted to coincide with your expectations.

This is your chance to take care of all of those neglected, out of sight out of mind areas and reduce allergens in your home. The difference a Deep Cleaning provides compared to a Move In/Move Out cleaning is that your home is not empty of furniture, belongings, and décor. Working around your homes natural environment takes care and patience.

A deep cleaning is a good idea if you’re preparing for the holidays, planning a special event, haven’t performed a deep cleaning within a year or if you’re just starting out hiring a cleaning company. Most maintenance cleanings (standard cleanings) are performed quicker, reducing the price after a deep cleaning has been performed because every nook and cranny has recently been addressed.

Deep Cleaning appointments are typically booked in teams of 3 unless the home is on the larger side or the condition requires a larger team. All appointments are scheduled as an un-timed appointment; which means your team of 3 would stay until completion concentrating on each room from top to bottom, corner to corner.

Your more than welcome to set a time limit if you’d like but we would not be able to guarantee the completion of your project. You are also more than welcome to create a checklist of rooms or concerns you would like us to focus on during your appointment so that we utilize your time performing specific tasks versus the home in it’s entirety, although the home in it’s entirety is recommended to achieve the best results.
