If for any reason you aren’t happy with our cleaning services please contact us. We will come back and clean the specific areas that didn’t meet your expectations. We try our very best not to make mistakes, but if they do happen, we also try our very best to correct them.

Move In / Move Out cleanings are typically booked in teams of 3 unless the home’s size or condition requires a larger team. All appointments are scheduled as an un-timed appointment; which means your team of 3 would stay until completion concentrating on each room from top to bottom, corner to corner.

You’re more than welcome to set a time limit if you’d like but we would not be able to guarantee the completion of your project. You are also more than welcome to create a checklist of rooms or concerns you would like us to focus on during your appointment so that we utilize your time performing specific tasks versus the home in its entirety. Each “Move In” / “Move Out” appointment is booked with a team leader to ensure the team flows smoothly, quickly, and efficiently.

Unless directed by you, we will perform a top to bottom, corner to corner cleaning of your home which includes everything listed in our standard cleaning checklist or maintenance cleaning list plus the additional tasks below.
